The Company takes Your privacy seriously. We do not sell Your Personal Information for monetary compensation. However, We may share Personal Information with service providers, analytics providers, advertising and social-media partners, and other third parties as described in this Privacy Policy in order to operate the Site and Services. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law even when no money is exchanged.
1.1 CONSENT: By visiting or using Our Site, You acknowledge the information collection, use, and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy, as modified from time to time by Us. Where applicable law requires consent before a particular cookie, pixel, session-replay, or other tracking technology operates, We will request that consent through a cookie banner or another appropriate mechanism. This Privacy Policy itself is not a substitute for consent where consent is required by law. If, for any reason, You do not agree with the content of this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Services and Site. This Privacy Policy should be read together with Our Terms and Conditions. Where applicable law gives You rights that cannot be waived, this Privacy Policy does not limit those rights. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site, revise the date shown above, and provide additional notice of material changes when required by applicable law, such as by a prominent Site notice or email to the address We maintain for You.
1.2 U.S.-ONLY SERVICE; INTERNATIONAL USERS: The Services are offered only in the United States and are designed for U.S. users. The Services are not designed or intended to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other non-U.S. privacy or data-protection laws. If You access the Site or Services from outside the United States, You do so at Your own risk and acknowledge that Your Personal Information may be processed and stored in the United States. You are responsible for determining whether Your use of the Services is permitted under the laws applicable to You.
1.3 THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM: The Site and some associated communications, scheduling, payments, analytics, advertising, and client-management functions may be hosted or provided in partnership with third-party platforms, such as a website hosting provider, email provider, scheduling tool, customer relationship management provider, payment processor, analytics provider, session-interaction provider, or advertising platform. Accordingly, some policies are dictated by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of these platforms. We recommend that You read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of any such sites that You visit. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site owned and operated by the Company.
1.4 WHAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT ADDRESS: This Privacy Policy does not address the data management process and policies of, and information usage policies of, other sites and/or integrations to which the Site may be linked, or on which a Company service utilizes. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not address the data management practices and policies of, and information usage policies of, other sites to which the Site may link or integrate, as it relates to those third-party sites’ compliance with federal or state laws and regulations.
1.5 WEBSITE ROLE AND CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS: The Site is informational and marketing focused. Browsing the Site, submitting an inquiry, sending an email, or scheduling an introductory consultation does not by itself create a web design, business strategy, consulting, or other professional services relationship with the Company. Any actual client engagement is governed by a separate written Service Agreement. Information collected in connection with the performance of an executed client engagement may be governed by that agreement and by any additional privacy, security, or confidentiality terms applicable to the engagement, rather than solely by this Website Privacy Policy.
2. DATA COLLECTION & USE: We collect Personal Information that You provide directly to Us through Your use of the Site, transactions, client onboarding, or communications with Us. This may include Your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, company or organization information, business and project details, questionnaire responses, scheduling information, transaction information, and, after a client engagement begins, files or account-access information needed for the project. We may also collect technical and internet-activity information automatically, including Your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source, clicks, scrolls, and interaction or session information. You may elect not to provide information, but doing so may limit Our ability to respond to Your inquiry, schedule a consultation, process a transaction, or provide information or Services You request.
2.1 CHILDREN’S DATA: The Site is not intended to be used by children, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If You are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided Us with Personal Information, You may contact Us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, We do not have actual knowledge that We “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age.
3. INFORMATION AND ANALYTICS WE COLLECT: The information We collect from visitors to the Site depends on how You choose to interact with Us through the Site. For example, You may browse the Site without submitting a form or directly providing contact information. If You contact Us, submit an inquiry, schedule a consultation through an available tool, make a purchase, subscribe to marketing communications, become a client, or otherwise use the Site, You may provide Personal Information to Us. The Site and third-party technologies may also collect Personal Information automatically as described below.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household, as applicable under relevant U.S. privacy law. Personal Information does not include information that applicable law excludes from that definition.
The following is a list of types of information We may collect and ways in which it may be collected:
Contact and Inquiry Information. When You submit a contact or inquiry form or otherwise communicate with the Company, We may collect Your name, email address, phone number, company or organization information, business details, and any information You include in Your message.
User Communications. When You send email or other communications to the Company, including customer support or project communications, We may retain those communications to process Your request, maintain appropriate business records, follow up, and improve Our service.
Newsletter or Marketing Sign-Up. If You choose to subscribe to a newsletter, download an opt-in resource, or otherwise request marketing communications, We may collect Your name, email address, subscription source, and any preferences You provide for the purpose of sending those communications and measuring engagement with them.
Analytics and Location Information. We may use Google Analytics 4 or a comparable analytics service to collect information such as an IP address used at collection, approximate location derived from that IP address, device and browser information, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referral source, and interactions with the Site. We use this information to understand traffic, evaluate performance, and improve the Site.
User Interaction Tracking. We may use an interaction-analytics service to understand how visitors use the Site. Depending on the service and configuration, the service may collect clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, navigation paths, pages or elements viewed, device or browser details, session timing, and reconstructed session recordings or heatmaps. We intend to configure any such service to mask text entered into forms and other sensitive content and to use consent controls where required by applicable law.
Advertising Pixels. We may use the Meta Pixel or similar advertising technologies to understand ad performance, build or measure audiences, and show ads to persons who previously visited or interacted with the Site. These technologies may collect or receive browser and device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, referral information, ad interactions, and event information about activity on the Site. Their use may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable privacy law.
Scheduling and Payment Information. If the Site allows You to schedule a consultation, book a service, or make a payment through a third-party tool, We and the provider may receive information You provide in connection with that request, such as Your name, email address, phone number, selected appointment time, intake information, billing address, transaction amount, and payment status. Payment-card or bank-account information is handled by the applicable payment processor; We do not intend to receive or retain complete payment-card or bank-account credentials unless expressly disclosed to You.
Client Onboarding Information. After a client engagement begins, We may collect brand-questionnaire responses, business and project information, content and files, preferences, and account-access information or credentials reasonably needed to perform the Services. We ask that clients provide credentials only through a designated secure method and not through a general Website form or ordinary email unless specifically instructed.
Cookies and Similar Activities. The Site and providers described above may use cookies, local storage, tags, scripts, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to host, secure, operate, analyze, personalize, advertise, or maintain the Site and to remember or apply Your preferences.
Other Internet Technology. We may include web beacons or similar technology in email messages, newsletters, or other communications to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
3.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY: The Company primarily collects Personal Information directly from You when You choose to submit information through an on-site form, subscribe to communications, schedule a consultation, make a purchase, communicate with Us, or provide information through a designated client-onboarding process. We ask that You not submit sensitive Personal Information, confidential client information, or account credentials through a general Website inquiry form or ordinary email unless the Company has specifically requested the information through an appropriate channel.
3.2 AUTOMATIC OR PASSIVE COLLECTION: The Company and third-party providers may use automated technologies to collect technical, usage, interaction, and advertising information when You use the Site. Depending on the tools enabled, such information may include an IP address, approximate location, browser or device information, cookie or device identifiers, request logs, pages viewed, referral source, clicks, scrolls, session or interaction data, and advertising events. This information may be collected by Us and by third-party analytics or advertising partners, including over time and across different websites or online services, as further described in Sections 4.1 and 11.4.
4. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT: In general, the Company uses Personal Information collected through the Site to respond to Your requests, deliver Services, process bookings and transactions, operate and administer the Site and Our business, communicate with You, market Our offerings, analyze traffic and advertising, improve the Site and Services, protect security, and maintain appropriate business records. Marketing and Advertising. If You opt in where required, We may use Your information to contact You about Our latest news, products, resources, and Services. We may also use browsing and advertising information to measure campaigns, build audiences, and provide or measure retargeted advertising, subject to the choices described below.
Business Transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, Your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, Personal Information may be disclosed to prospective purchasers, investors, advisors, or other third parties involved in the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
Complying with the Law. We disclose personal and other information if We have a good-faith belief that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, legal process, or an enforceable government request; to enforce applicable terms; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal activity, fraud, or security issues; or to protect the property or safety of Our users, the Company, or the public as required or permitted by law.
4.1 DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE: The Company does not knowingly or intentionally sell Personal Information to third parties for monetary compensation. We may disclose Personal Information to service providers and contractors that perform services for Us, including website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, email marketing, payments, data storage, security, analytics, and Site-improvement services. We may also disclose identifiers, device information, and internet or browsing activity to analytics, advertising, and social-media partners for analytics, campaign measurement, audience creation, or retargeting. Depending on the relationship and applicable law, those advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” even when no money is exchanged. We may also disclose information for legal, safety, business-transfer, or other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
5. DATA SECURITY: The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Information.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We will hold Your Personal Information on Our systems only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services You have requested and to satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. We may retain Your Personal Information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if We reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to Our relationship with You. Third-party providers may retain information according to their own settings and retention policies.

Cookie and Tracking Choices. You may use the Site’s cookie banner or settings tool, if available, and Your browser or device settings to block or delete cookies or limit certain tracking. Additional analytics and advertising choices are described in Section 11.4.
Verification. Before fulfilling certain access, correction, or deletion requests, We may take reasonable steps to verify Your identity and confirm that the request relates to Your Personal Information.
8. 11. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS: Various U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws that may provide residents with specific rights and may apply only to businesses that meet particular statutory thresholds. Based on Company’s current size, business model, and the Site practices described in this Privacy Policy, Company does not presently intend this Policy to represent that Company is subject to any particular comprehensive state privacy law. If Our practices, size, geographic reach, or legal obligations change, this Section will be reviewed and updated.
